SK Type Twin Tight Roll Brushes

The SK Type Twin Tight Roll Brush is a cassette-type roll brush that is mounted on a shaft for easy transport and storage and that allows for easy brush replacement in the field.
It is a product in which the SK Type Hyper-Tight Channel Roll Brush is shaped into a cassette-type roll brush. Bristles stay attached continuously, and it is made with a dense and uniform implanting method that prevents brush marks from forming on the object. The unique structure provides heat dissipation and water-cooling effects.

There is no need to transport shafts, which helps reduce transportation costs and labor.
Since the brushes are delivered individually, there is no need to move shafts, which shortens delivery time.
This leads to a reduction in the inventory of spare shafts.

This cassette-type brush can be externally mounted on a shaft, allowing easy brush replacement in the field.
The SK Type Hyper-Tight Channel Brush, which constitutes this roll brush, is a channel brush with a structure best suited for large roll brushes, in which bundles of bristles are continuously inserted between nails extending from the left and right sides of an H-shaped channel and held firmly by the nails and core being crossed at an angle.
The hollow bottom of the channel provides heat dissipation.
Furthermore, the liquid discharge structure, which is a registered utility model, provides a remarkable water-cooling effect.
It has a solid structure in which the bristles are held down by nails on both sides and the core so that the bristles stay attached continuously.
The high density and uniformity of the bristles prevent brush marks from forming.
