SK Inside Coil Rotating Device
Wire surface cleaning device
This device rotates the SK Type Inside Coil Brush to clean the wire surface. Applicable wire diameters are φ0.8 mm to φ3 mm.
SK Clinker (Wire Drawing Lubricant Remover)
Compact machine for removing wire drawing lubricant
This compact machine efficiently performs cleaning treatment of wire surfaces by rotating brushes at high speed. Since the brushes have the property of following the objects, the machine can continue to operate without thickness adjustment as long as the wire diameter of objects is between 1.6 mm and 7 mm. Its exhaust function prevents shavings from spreading, minimizing the burden of maintenance and dust problems.
Dust collection hood discharging dust promptly
Dust generated by brushing is immediately discharged into the 75-mm-diameter outlet in the dust collection hood. Air flow is created from the intake side to the discharge side to promote rapid discharge of dust and prevent its re-deposition on the machine.
Reducing the burden of brush replacement and maintenance
Long-term continuous operation tests have been conducted to confirm that no failure occurs due to dust. The air shield prevents dust from re-deposition on the rotating bearings, which leads to labor saving in maintenance. Brushes can be replaced simply by pushing in the locking pin. This work can be easily done with a single wrench.
SK Clean AD3 Type
Efficient polishing and descaling of wire rods
This is a wire cleaning and polishing device for the purposes of removal of lubricants and other adhesions from descaling and finish polishing of wire rod surfaces with abrasive roll brushes.

- Uniform brushing is possible by planetary motion (rotation + revolution of abrasive roll brushes).
- The pressure adjustment function of the abrasive roll brushes enables the adjustment of the amount of pressure that is applied by the roll brushes on the objects.
- The inverter control enables the adjustment of rotation of abrasive roll brushes.
- Abrasive roll brushes are replaceable.

SK Clean AD4 Type
Efficient lubricant removal and finish polishing by planetary motion
This cleaning and polishing device uses a planetary mechanism to remove lubricants and other contaminants from round wire surfaces and to perform pretreatment and finish polishing for painting and resin coating of round wire, without impairing the roundness of the wire.
