SK Type Implant Roll Brushes

The SK Type Implant Roll Brush is a roll brush in which bristles are radially implanted in a wooden, aluminum or resin shaft with holes drilled. There are several methods of implanting bristles, including parallel implanting and staggered implanting. It is characterized by easy control of density by changing the pitch and hole diameter and a high degree of freedom. Both mechanical and manual implanting methods can be used. In addition to the roll shape, brushes can be made in a wide variety of shapes.

SK Type Implant Roll Brush Features

  • Characterized by easy control of density and a high degree of freedom.
  • Various implanting bases and bristle materials can be selected depending on the applications.
  • While wooden implanting bases are lighter than resin and metal bases, moisture and impact can cause corrosion and cracking.
  • Resins exhibit heat resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics depending on the material.
  • Metal is suitable when the implanting base needs to be strong, such as for brushes that are subjected to intense polishing.
