SK Type Coil Brushes

The SK Type Coil Brush is a shaft-less brush made by coiling (spiraling) a channel brush, which is made by sandwiching bristles between a steel channel and a core wire. The density of bristles is adjusted by changing the width of the winding, such as close winding or spaced winding (pitch winding). Various functions can be added depending on the type of bristle material.

SK Type Coil Brush Features

  • Full customization is possible by changing the size, bristle material and height, channel material, and attachment shape.
  • The bristle density, channel length and bristle height can be freely adjusted.
  • Bristle materials that have an antistatic effect, contain abrasive grains and exhibit other characteristics can also be selected.
  • Characterized by good accuracy of inner and outer diameters.
  • By changing the density and/or shape of the spirals, various types of brushes can be made, including those which do not leave brush marks and those which can remove chips.
