SK Type Implant Brushes

The SK Type Implant Brush (strip brush) is a strip brush in which bristles are implanted in a wooden, aluminum or resin base with holes drilled. There are several methods of implanting bristles, including parallel implanting (pitch implanting) and staggered implanting. It is characterized by a high degree of freedom in density adjustment according to the number of rows and bristles and the pitch. Both mechanical and manual implanting methods can be used. In addition to the strip shape, brushes can be made in a wide variety of shapes.

SK Type Implant Brush Features

  • Density can be freely adjusted by changing the number of rows and bristles and the pitch.
  • Various bases and bristle materials can be selected depending on the applications.
  • While wooden bases are lighter than resin and metal bases, moisture and impact can cause corrosion and cracking.
  • Resins exhibit heat resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics depending on the material.
  • Metal is suitable when the base needs to be strong, such as for brushes that are subjected to intense polishing.

Applications and Functions

Washing/cleaning, polishing/grinding, antistatic effect, mud removal, cushioning, etc.
